DAC and LAC component is installed on the client PC
No DAH is being used, no SecurID domain authentication
IssueError: "Unable to contact RSA Authentication Manager Download Service" appears in application log and in trace when using RSA Authentication Agent 6.0 for Windows
Each authentication results in an attempt to download offline data
CauseWithout a Domain Authentication Host installed, there is no download service for the da_svc to connect to, hence the continues failures
ResolutionTo correct this issue, use the Add/Remove Programs utility, choose the Agent, then modify, and remove the DAC component.
