IssueError: "Your logon information is incorrect. Try again." in RSA Sign-On Manager
2006-01-16 09:31:02,910 FATAL - [somserv.som.rsa.net CSF-AuthenticationFailed]  Authentication failed for: administrator using com.rsa.csf.techservice.authenticationmethods.ace.AceAuthenticationServiceMethod.
CauseRSA Sign-On Manager server was unable to communicate with the configured RSA Authentication Manager
ResolutionTo correct this issue, confirm your RSA Authentication Manager is running and configured to accept authentication from the Sign-On Manager server. See the RSA Authentication Manager Administrator's Guide for details on how to set up the Sign-On Manager server as an Agent/Host.

Review the configuration for the Authentication Manager connection by taking a copy of the sdconfig.exe utility from the Authentication Manager and running it on the Sign-On Manager server to review the configuration. The command to run is sdconfig -view <INSTALLDIR>\properties\sdconf.rec as shown in the following example:

c:\> sdconfig -view "c:\program files\RSA Security\RSA Sign-On Manager\properties\sdconf.rec"

NOTE: If you need to make a change to the sdconf.rec (e.g. replace it with a corrected file), then the RSA Sign_On Manager server must be stopped and restarted to load the changed file.
