|Issue||Host file not pointing to the Primary RKM appliance|
Using the Database Status page, we see that the hostfile is not pointing to the primary RKM Appliance
RKM Appliance has two NIC, and both NIC have a different IP address ending with the same byte.
Ex. eth0 : 10.10.10.200
eth1 : 10.20.20.200
Using more than one NIC is unsupported until version 220.127.116.11. The solution below can be used as a workaround.
Disable eth1, run/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifdown eth1
Or change the IP address of eth1.
Edit the file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1
Change the IP address
After doing the change above, give the system few minutes to self-heal.
