IssueHost file not pointing to the Primary RKM appliance
Using the Database Status page, we see that the hostfile is not pointing to the primary RKM Appliance
RKM Appliance has two NIC, and both NIC have a different IP address ending with the same byte.

Ex. eth0 : 10.10.10.200
      eth1 : 10.20.20.200
Resolution

Using more than one NIC is unsupported until version 2.7.1.6. The solution below can be used as a workaround.

Disable eth1, run

  /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifdown eth1

Or change the IP address of eth1.
  Edit the file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1
  Change the IP address
  Run
  /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifdown eth1
  AND
    /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifup eth1

After doing the change above, give the system few minutes to self-heal.
