IssueMulti-homed ACE/Server: All users are getting "Access denied"
Error: "Access Denied"
Test authentication hangs or times out, with client server communication failure.
Changed the bindings order according to: Multi-homed ACE/Server  Authentication Engine service fails to start.  Problem still exists.
CauseIn Windows NT any network card that does not explicitly resolve to a name through a name resolver (DNS, hosts file) appears to resolve to the machine name by default.  In multi-homed machines this can prevent the server from starting as the ACE/Server sees more than one machine with the same name.
ResolutionResolving each of the machines IP address to a unique name will resolve this issue.
