exception: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Response already committed

Security Console error

exception: com.rsa.command.InvalidSessionException: Session not found!

Cause

System was configured with a fully-qualified domain name containing the string 'ptoken'

Examples:

gpptoken.na.rsa.net

apptoken1.na.rsa.net

Resolution

Appliance 3.0:

Factory-reset the appliance and perform Quick Setup again using a fully-qualified domain name without the string 'ptoken'

Non-Appliance 3.0:

Follow the instructions in the Authentication Manager Administrator's Guide to change the hostname of the system, or uninstall and rebuild. In either case choose a fully-qualified domain name that does not contain the string 'ptoken'

NotesSP2 has added functionality to protect against Cross Site Request Forgery exploits. A bug prevents the use of the string 'ptoken' in the fully-qualified domain name.
If this is a pre-SP2 system that has been updated to SP2, please see this solution: a49021
