IssueRSA SureFile certificates not available in Options ---> Security ---> Authentication - Use authentication when compressing files (Method: Digital Signatures) ---> Configure
ResolutionTo correct this issue, restart RSA SureFile; this will ensure SureFile can recognize a new certificate installed while SureFile is open.

For SureFile Explorer, log off Windows and log back on, or configure Windows Explorer to start a new process in each window. To do this, open Windows Explorer and select Tools ---> Folder Options ---> View, then select the checkbox "Launch folder windows in a separate process?. Lastly, restart Windows. After this change, you can restart SureFile Explorer by restarting Windows Explorer.
