|Issue||Remote Administration does not appear in the list of installation options|
Failing to install Remote Administration
When clicking the setup.exe, you are prompted for your license files. Then a list of ACE components are displayed for installation. Remote Administration is not listed, although a New Primary ACE/Server is.
|Cause||If you provide the installation with all four license files (license.rec, server.cer, server.key, sdti.cer), the installation determines you are attempting to install a full ACE/Server component|
|Resolution||You are only required to have 2 files on the Remote Admin Host for successful install - server.cer and sdconf.rec. Once only these 2 files are available, the installation will prompt you to install the Remote Admin Component.|
NOTE: Your Remote Administration Client MUST be at the SAME version AND patch level as the server it will administer.
