Issue | RSA ClearTrust Agent 3.5.2 for BEA WebLogic agent debug logging <Debug> <SecurityDebug> <mymachine> <myserver> <ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.admin.HTTP'> <<WLS Kernel>> <> <000000> <The index of the Runtime API which handles least number of requests is 0> |
Cause | An option within the RSA ClearTrust Agent web filter causes a very large number of SecurityDebug entries to be generated. Disabling all ClearTrust and BEA WebLogic debugging will not stop the debugging appearing. |
Resolution | This issue is resolved in hot fix 3.5.2.08 for RSA ClearTrust Agent 3.5.2 for BEA WebLogic by altering the debug logic. Contact RSA Security Customer Support to request this hot fix, or request the latest fix level (which is cumulative, and contains fixes from previous fix levels). NOTE: Installing this patch requires that patch 3.5.2.05 be applied to the system first. You also must add the following attributes to the cleartrust_realm.properties file: cleartrust.agent.web_filter_protected_apps_list cleartrust.agent.resource_type_exclusion_list=<wlp>,<webservices>,<com> Enabling and disabling this debug is now handled by the standard WebLogic debug flags.
