Issue | Get the node secret to be created when using the Netscape Agent When trying to do an authentication, the ACE/Server prompts that the authentication is successful and that the node secret is being sent. On the client side, the result is access denied and no node secret is being created. The ACE/Agent rejects the next authentication because of the lack of the SECURID file, and, therefore, causes the authentication to fail. |
Cause | The encryption type specified in the sdconf.rec on the client does not match the settings in the ACE/Server. |
Resolution | Create a new sdconf.rec with the correct encryption type, and distribute it to the client. |
