IssueRSA ClearTrust locked user displays wrong error page in Web browser
After applying RSA ClearTrust hot fix 4.6.1.71 or 4.6.1.74, when a locked out user logs in to a protected resource, the Web browser displays the message "Internal Server Error"
ResolutionThis has been corrected in RSA ClearTrust Agent hot fix 4.6.1.77 for Apache; with this hot fix applied, a Web browser gets HTTP 403 Forbidden Access message in such a case. Please contact RSA Security Customer Support to request this hot fix, or request the latest fix level (which is cumulative, and contains fixes from previous fix levels).
