IP address or Hostname change
|Issue||Getting error "Problem with database connection" when trying to change the IP address or Hostname on a remote RADIUS server.|
error "Problem with database connection" when running rsautil update-instance-node CLU.
|Cause||The CLU can't connect to the database because the connection information is not in the jndi.properties file on the remote RADIUS server.|
|Resolution||Copy the <RSA_AM_HOME>/utils/etc/jndi.properties file from the Primary instance to <RSA_AM_HOME>/utils/etc/jndi.properties on the Remote Radius instance, then follow the procedure as written in the admin guide.|
