IssueHow to access RSA ClearTrust Entitlement database using a remotely installed Entitlements Manager
Entitlement Java manager is installed on a machine other than the ClearTrust server host
When loading the Java manager, the Entitlement Manager screen hangs
CauseThis can be caused if there is a name resolution issue between the Entitlement Server and the Entitlement Manager
Resolution1. Verify that both the backend server and client can resolve each other's (and their own) IP address, and add the following to the top line in the Manager\conf\Default.conf file:

securecontrol.gui.multi_home_addresses=<CLIENT_IP_ADDRESS>

After the conf file is modified, stop and restart Entitlement manager program in order for the change to take effect.

2. Also edit the /etc/hosts files on both machines and add name and ip addresses for the corresponding component.
