RSA ClearTrust Entitlements Manager (Admin GUI)
|Issue||How to access RSA ClearTrust Entitlement database using a remotely installed Entitlements Manager|
Entitlement Java manager is installed on a machine other than the ClearTrust server host
When loading the Java manager, the Entitlement Manager screen hangs
|Cause||This can be caused if there is a name resolution issue between the Entitlement Server and the Entitlement Manager|
|Resolution||1. Verify that both the backend server and client can resolve each other's (and their own) IP address, and add the following to the top line in the Manager\conf\Default.conf file:|
After the conf file is modified, stop and restart Entitlement manager program in order for the change to take effect.
2. Also edit the /etc/hosts files on both machines and add name and ip addresses for the corresponding component.
