IssueRSA ClearTrust User Properties cannot be exported to the HTTP headers even though the cleartrust.agent.userprops= setting is defined in the webagent.conf file
CauseThis can occur if the token_version is set to 1 for compatibility with older agent versions. Version 4.x agents require the new cookies in order to export user properties in HTTP headers. You cannot use backwards compatible cookies if you want to export user properties in the HTTP headers.
ResolutionTo correct this issue, change the aserver.conf cleartrust.aserver.token_version to the default value of 2 or comment out this parameter.
