IssueHow to add a customizable field in the edit user screen
ResolutionA field exists that allows administrators to select approved/unapproved, yes/no, or unique key assignment for users in the ACE/Server database. This feature can only be used through Remote Administration. For example, you may want to set up an approved/unapproved field for all the users in the database, and then run a report filtered by approved or unapproved.

To do this, open up a Remote Administration session:

- Select user
- Select edit user
- Select the name of the user you wish to add the approved status to
- Select Edit User Extension Data
- In the key field, type APPROVED
- Select Exit

After having done this, you may run reports on all of the APPROVED users by doing the following through Remote Administration:

- Report
- Extension Data
- Type APPROVED in the key field
- Select OK
