Applies ToThare are several types of activites within the customer's account history. And these inforamtion are saved in USERCHANGEHISTORY table and also can be displayed through CSR admin tool. Following is a list of status code and their meaning:

      C -    user's account has been created
D -   User's account is deleted
L - C user's account is locked
V - C user complete the enrollment/or account is verified
R - Cuser account is unlocked or reset
N - C user not complete the enrollment successfully
M - C one or more of user??s settings has been modified
I - C the user??s image has been modified
O - Cuser has uploaded an image
P - user modified their phrase
Q - Cuser has modified one or more challenge questions
A - C user has modified one ore more challenge answers
U - C user has changed their username
G - C user has modified their group.

These letters can be combined, for example CV, means user's account is created and verified. MIQA means user has modified their images, questions and answers.
