IssueHow to access RSA ClearTrust documentation from CD that is not set up during default installation

After installing RSA ClearTrust 5.5 software from the installation CD, you navigate to C:\Program Files\RSA\ClearTrust 5.5\api\docs (default installation folder, for instance) and select "index.html". In the resource contents, you click "Java and C API Reference" in the left-hand column. You can view headings and links including:

Java

If you click on these headings, you are presented in the browser window with the following error:

The page cannot be displayed

CauseAs an example, the Administrative API link references "/api/java/admin/doc/index.html". This issue is caused by the fact that from the default ClearTrust installation, the the various "docs" folders are not copied over onto the Cleartrust server machine. These doc folders include (for instance, if D:\ is the CD drive letter):

D:\docs

D:\rel_notes

D:\solaris\api\docs

D:\solaris\api\java\admin\doc

D:\solaris\api\java\jaas\doc

D:\solaris\api\java\runtime\doc

D:\solaris\api\java\server\doc

D:\win32\api\docs

D:\win32\api\java\admin\doc

D:\win32\api\java\jaas\doc

D:\win32\api\java\runtime\doc

D:\win32\api\java\server\doc
ResolutionYou can manually copy of the documentation folders to their respective locations on the ClearTrust server machine and the links will function as expected.
