ResolutionAccess to the RSA SecurID Appliance can be gained via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). When attaching enter "machinename:8198", you will get a SecurID prompt, but the administrator is not yet in the SecurID Challenge Group. You will be able to use the password you specified for the administrator to gain access. Once RDP access is gained, you will have full access to the machine.
