|Issue||How to change RSA SecurID PIN code in RSA ClearTrust|
After user enters a new PIN code when prompted by ClearTrust for a new one, user is not able to get access on the protected resource. Instead of getting the protected resource page, the user is prompted for the Login screen.
|Cause||After entering a new PIN in ClearTrust, it will display the "Wait for Tokencode to change.." dialog with a 'PASSCODE' field. This dialog box is sometimes misleading, since the tendency is to enter only the next token code display. In doing so, the user is prompted for the Login screen again instead of the protected resource. On the ACE Server Activity Log Monitor, it displays "ACCESS DENIED, passcode incorrect". The user has to reenter the UserID and the Passcode with the new PIN to get authentication.|
|Resolution||On the "Wait for Tokencode to change ..." dialog, make sure to include the newly-created PIN, plus the tokencode on the 'PASSCODE' field.|
