Issue[Error] Exception: com.rsa.authmgr.admin.acemigrate.AceMigrationException: System Security Block: Checksum failed.

If you attempt to carry out a migration of Authentication Manager 6.1 data into Authentication Manager 7.0 and fail to supply the correct license file then this error is generated.

Key sections of the Authentication Manager database (and dumped data) are encrypted with a unique encryption key; this key is generated during installation and is stored in the active license file (license.rec) for the Authentication Manager installation.  If, for example, you select a copy of license.rec which was shipped on a CD-ROM to you then this file will not have the unique key inside it for your specific data.

The license.rec which you use in this command should be copied directory from the <INSTALLDIR>\data directory of the RSA Authentication Manager 6.1 where the dumped data was created, for example C:\Program Files\RSA Security\RSA Authentication Manager\data\license.rec

For more information on installation of Authentication manager 7.0 and the command line utilities see documentation in SecurCare online:
