IssueNew domain added does not show in RSA SecurID Passage Client 3.5.1 Control Center drop-down menu
CauseRSA Security currently uses a function in the Windows NetApi32.dll called NetEnumerateTrustedDomains to populate the Domain box. The new "Microsoft-recommended" way of doing this is LsaEnumerateTrustedDomains. However, for this to work, you must have administrator rights on the PC or perform the enumeration within a COM object that has admin rights. This is not technically feasible with the current product design.
ResolutionTo successfully create the logon account for a domain, manually type in the domain name.
