IssueHow to upgrade clients from RSA SecurID Passage to RSA Sign-On Manager Client 4.x
ResolutionThere is no upgrade path from RSA SecurID Passage to RSA Sign-On Manager Client. The correct migration path is to uninstall the Passage Client and perform a fresh install of the Sign-On Manager Client 4.0.1 or most current version.

Current Certificates and Windows credentials stored on the card will still be accessable by the SOM Client after the upgrade. Single sign-on data will be lost in this process. These can re-learned on the fly in accordance with the Sign On Manager Server Security Policy in effect for the user.
