IssueHow to determine which firmware version is on RSA SecurID SID800 Authenticator
ResolutionTo obtain the version of the firmware of your RSA SecurID SID800 Authenticator, perform the following steps:

- Open RSA Security Center

- Click the Home tab > RSA Security USB Token > Token Info

Look for the field "Authenticator Version 2" - this is the firmware version.
