IssueRSA SecurID Passage Password Manager does not prompt user to learn Internet Explorer password dialog when user is authenticating through firewall or proxy server
CausePassage ignores the Password Dialog Prompts from several applications by default, one of which is Internet Explorer
ResolutionTo correct this issue, remove the iexplore.exe application from the "Ignore these applications" list in the SecurID Passage Password Manager advanced configuration tab using the following steps:

1. Open Passage Control Center

2. Click the Password Tab

3. Verify that "Detect password fields in Windows applications" is checked

4. Click the corresponding advanced button

5. Remove iexplore.exe from the list "Ignore these applications"

6. Click OK to save these changes

NOTE: You must reboot your computer for the selected changes to take effect
