IssueRSA ACE/Server 5.2 Quick Admin fails to log out correctly after New PIN or Next Token Mode
When a user clicks "Logout" in RSA ACE/Server 5.2 QuickAdmin, the logout function will log the user off and presents the user with a new login screen. However, after the user has performed a successful New PIN or Next Token Mode authentication, the page should present the user with a new login screen to complete the transaction. This does happen; it only occurs after the Quick Admin screen has timed out.
Error: "Failed to close an ACE/Server connection. ACE Error: Connection to RSA ACE/Server has been lost. Exit and log in, again. Error code: -90"
Cause
A trace shows that the connection is actually timing out, which can take upwards of 30 seconds to complete
Resolution
This issue has been resolved with a hot fix available from RSA Security Customer Support under reference tst42987.
