CauseRSA ACE/Server authentication engine is not running
ResolutionTo correct this issue, start the RSA ACE/Server processes using the steps below (for Microsoft Windows):

1. Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> RSA/ACE Server (with v6.1, choose Start --> All Programs --> RSA Security --> RSA Authentication Manager Control Panel --> Start/Stop RSA Auth Mgr Services)

2. Click "Start" (with v6.1, choose "Start All")

3. Optionally check the box to have the services start automatically after a reboot

4. Exit

5. Verify authentication

NOTE: The ACE/Server processes are not configured to start automatically during an initial installation
