CauseA dynamic authorization dispatcher file used to maintain which Authorization server(s) is available to the ClearTrust Dispatcher in /var has been corrupted
ResolutionTo correct this issue, close down all ClearTrust processes (Authorization Dispatcher Server(s), Authorization Server(s) & Entitlement Server) and remove the authorization dispatcher file from the /var directory. NOTE: The name of the authorization dispatcher file is the description of a port number preceded with an underscore and has no filename extension (e.g. _5608) If this solution does not correct your issue, please contact RSA Security Customer Support and have your license or contract information available to open a case.
