IssueRSA ClearTrust logon page loops
After entering the expected logon credentials in the Cleartrust basic logon screen, the logon page is presented back to the browser screen and the user is not redirected automatically to the protected resource contents.
CauseWithin the webagent.conf file, the configuration parameter cleartrust.agent.sso was disabled
ResolutionTo correct this issue, go into the agent's webagent.conf file and enable the cleartrust.agent.sso configuration parameter. The comments for this parameter are:

# Specifies whether single sign-on (cookie) functionality is enabled between this
# web server and other RSA ClearTrust-protected servers.
#
# Allowed Values:
#   True
#   False
#
# Dependencies:
#   This parameter must be enabled in order to achieve single sign-On within a
#   domain.
