IssueHow to dynamically apply webagent.conf changes to your IIS 5.0 Web server without stopping and restarting the server
ResolutionFirst, make your modifications as necessary within your webagent.conf file, and save and close the file. Make note of the port value within the cleartrust.agent.console_port parameter.

Then, go to the bin directory within the RSA ClearTrust Agent 4.5 for Microsoft IIS installation folder. Within that folder, you will find the command ctagent_reconfig.exe. Running only ctagent_reconfig.exe will bring up the menu of parameters you can apply to the command. Run ctagent_reconfig.exe -m anon -h "<hostname>":console_port (from your webagent.conf file). This will dynamically apply your webagent.conf file changes to your running IIS server.
NotesThe default port for the cleartrust.agent.console_port=5628, the hostname is the fully qualified domain name of the server where your agent is installed.
