You must make sure that the agent type is a RADIUS Server
ResolutionTo manage RSA RADIUS when installed on a UNIX server, you must install RSA Authentication Manager Remote Administration software on a computer running Microsoft Windows.

To install Remote Administration software, you must have RSA Authentication Manager for Windows, and the version and patch level should be exactly the same as your actual Authentication Manager installation.

For more details, follow the steps in RSA Authentication Manager for Windows Installation Guide, in the section "Installing and Upgrading Remote Administration Software".
