IssueRSA ClearTrust Agent 3.5 for Apache stops working after restarting RSA ClearTrust Authorization Server (AServer); error "CT_AUTH_UNKNOWN_ERROR" appears in debugging log at debug level
CauseRSA ClearTrust Agent 3.5 for Apache sporadically stops working, making new authentications impossible. At the same time, the error "CT_AUTH_UNKNOWN_ERROR" appears in debugging log. Usually, this issue can be easily forced by stopping and restarting the ClearTrust Authorization Server (AServer). After the AServer is restarted, the Agent shows the symptoms described above.
ResolutionThis issue has been resolved in a hot fix for RSA ClearTrust Agent 3.5 for Apache. Contact RSA Security Customer Support to obtain hot fix 3.5.0.45, or request the latest fix level (which is cumulative, and contains fixes from previous fix levels).
