|Issue||RSA ClearTrust Entitlements Manager (Admin GUI) does not seem to handle userID containing "#" correctly|
Number character (#) in RSA ClearTrust userID leads to strange issues when trying to promote the user to an administrative role
Strange characters added to RSA ClearTrust userID containing number character (#) when editing the user through Entitlements Manager (Admin GUI)
|Resolution||It was noticed that if any of the user's fields first name, last name, or email address contain a "#", the string is corrupted when clicking the "User is an RSA ClearTrust administrator" checkbox. For example, if the field "First Name" contains "user#1", after clicking the checkbox "User is an RSA ClearTrust administrator" in RSA ClearTrust Entitlements Manager (Admin GUI), the value will be modified to "user#1".|
