IssueInvalid error message displayed in RSA ACE/Server & RSA Authentication Manager when rptrun.bat is used without any parameters
Error: "No PROGRESS program specified for RUN or COMPILE (467)"
CauseA message appears stating "Press space bar to continue." - this message is out of date, and the ESC key should be used, followed by any key to quit
Resolution

Do not press the space bar - press the ESC key instead, followed by any key. As an alternative, you can replace rptrun.bat with something like the following:

@echo off
@SET ACEPROG=C:\ace\prog
@SET ACEUTIL=C:\ace\utils
@SET RPT_ACE=C:\ace\utils
if not exist "%1" goto error
goto run

:error
 echo INVALID SYNTAX - Syntax is:
 echo   rptrun full_path expiration_date last_login_date
 goto end

:run
@CALL %ACEUTIL%\sdrptrun.bat %1 %2 %3

:end
The lines in bold show the changes, where a very simple test has been included to ensure that a valid filename has been supplied as a parameter. If an invalid file (e.g. it exists but is not a report query file), then the same symptom will be observed and has the same resolution.
