IssueInstallation prompts for the RSA Authentication Agent 5.3 for Web for Sun Java System Web Server
The path /opt/webserver is not a valid path to your Sun Java System root dir
CauseThe directory name you must supply at the "Please enter the path for the Sun Java System servername directory [DIRECTORY]" prompt should be the particular Web server instance you are running, not the installation directory
ResolutionGiven the example, when you installed the Sun Java System Web server software into /opt/webserver61 and then have created a Web server instance called www.acme.com, then on a default system, you will also end up with a directory called https-www.acme.com. This directory will have subdirectories such as ./config and ./logs. During installation of the RSA Authentication Agent, when prompted, you would enter /opt/webserver/https-www.acme.com.
