IssueRSA Services including RSA RADIUS Server show as running
SecurID authentication succeeds, RADIUS does not
RADIUS logs show no activity
CauseThe RSA RADIUS Server did not shut down properly.
Resolution

Stop the RSA RADIUS Server service. 

In the \RSA Radius\service\ directory, rename (date).log, (date).act

in the \RSA Radius\Service\logs directory, rename sbr__(date)*.log files

restart RSA RADIUS Server and test
