IssueIBM WebSphere 5.1 not listed in RSA ClearTrust Entitlements Manager (Admin GUI) application server list
Within the RSA ClearTrust Entitlements Manager (Admin GUI), when defining a new web server or application server for ClearTrust protection, in the ?Add a new server? screen, there are selections of ?app server? or ?enhanced app server? in the ?server type? drop-down menu. After selecting either of the application server selections, the product drop-down menu only offers selections for BEA WebLogic and none for IBM WebSphere.
CauseThe entry for IBM WebSphere is not configured to be populated in the drop-down menu
ResolutionTo correct this issue, go into the RSA ClearTrust admingui.cfg file and find the following section:

# These parameters control the lists of Web server and application

# server list boxes in the Entitlements Manager:

# When you add a new or newly supported Web Server Agent to your RSA

# ClearTrust deployment, you may add the corresponding product name

# to this comma-separated list in order to properly assign types in

# the Entitlements Manager.

# Allowed Values:

# Comma separated list of valid names of products supported

# by RSA ClearTrust agents.

# Default Value:

# The values reflect all supported products at shipping time.

webManufacturers=Apache,CT ACM,Microsoft,Sun ONE Server,IBM HTTP Server,Redhat Stronghold Server
