IssueHow to configure Apache Tomcat to deploy RSA ClearTrust Entitlements Manager (Admin GUI)
ResolutionDownload and install Tomcat 4.1.x for the appropriate platform from:

http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_tomcat-4.cgi

Once Tomcat has been extracted, place the admingui.war file within the /webapps/ folder. Launch Tomcat. The initial default port is 8080, so ensure no other processes are using the same port, or modify this port value within server.xml file located in the conf folder of the Tomcat installation directory.

Upon initially launching Tomcat, it will expand the admingui.war file to a directory. Shut down Tomcat and navigate to within the admingui folder at webapps\admingui\WEB-INF and modify the web.xml file. Look for the following:

<param-name>webgui.config.directory</param-name>

<param-value>.</param-value>

Modify the "." value to the full path location of the admingui.cfg file, which by default is the /webapps/ folder of the ClearTrust installation directory. So you have:

<param-name>webgui.config.directory</param-name>

<param-value>c:\<path of ClearTrust installation\webapps</param-value>

Relaunch Tomcat and start up the ClearTrust servers. Then navigate your Web browser to http://localhost:8080/admingui to be presented with Entitlement Manager logon screen.
