RSA ClearTrust Agent 3.0.2 for IBM HTTP
IssueRSA ClearTrust Agent 3.0.2 for IBM HTTP Server does not protect resources
After installing RSA ClearTrust Agent 3.0.2 on IBM HTTP Server (IHS) 1.3.28 and after applying hot fix 3.0.2.33, the Agent still does not protect the resources. The Agent log files do not show that the resource is protected, and aserver.log does not show any activity of the Agent.
CauseThe installer failed to add the directive <IfModule> in the httpd.conf file that triggers the RSA ClearTrust Agent
ResolutionTo correct this issue, modify the HTTPD.CONF file to include the directory you wish to protect. You must add an <IfModule> block that calls to the RSA ClearTrust Agent. For example:

DocumentRoot "/export/home/snoopy/apacheservers/dso/apache/htdocs-v1"
ServerName snoopy.rsa.com
<Directory "/export/home/snoopy/apacheservers/dso/apache/htdocs-v1">
<IfModule ct_apache_mod.c>
    AuthType Basic
    Require valid-user
    AuthName CT
</IfModule>

Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
