IssueRSA Authentication Agent 6.0 for Windows not generating a server list when only the remote component is installed
Using the RSA Authentication Agent test application from Control Panel; only the default server is listed after a successful authentication
All authentications go to the default server
CauseThe remote authentication component does not install the offline authentication service. This service is used to transfer the server list, so without it, RSA Authentication Agent will never learn about other authenticating servers in the environment.
ResolutionThis issue is resolved in a hot fix for RSA Authentication Agent 6.0. Contact RSA Security Customer Support to request fix ID16660.
