IssueHow to configure Caymas Appliance with RSA SecurID
Caymas 525 Appliance fails to authenticate with RSA ACE/Server
Error: "Access Denied, PASSCODE Incorrect" in ACE/Server log
CauseThe Caymas 525 Appliance will have more than one interface associated, typically an Internal, External, and Management Console IP. Using an incorrect IP while defining the Caymas Appliance in the RSA ACE/Server database can cause this error.
ResolutionWhen defining the Caymas Appliance in the RSA ACE/Server database as an Agent Host, use the Management Console IP as the Primary Interface. You can then add the Internal and External IP's as Secondary Nodes within the same Agent Host definition.
