Issue | How to mask PIN Unlock Key (PUK) in RSA Authenticator Utility (RAU) 1.0 When smart card has been locked due to failed number of attempts an administrator may wish to remote control assist to the box for the purpose of unlocking the PIN. When they go to the Smart Card PIN tab and select unlock they are then able to use the PUK to set a new pin for the card. When the PUK is entered it is in clear text. They may not wish to have end users capture that data. Masking the PUK entry is desirable. |
