|Issue||Notifications are not always being sent when the delivery setting is set to One Email (used to CC specific users). The notifications work correctly when the setting is changed to Separate Emails. |
|Resolution||This issue is being investigated by the Engineering team in order to provide a permanent resolution in a future release.|
The Separate Emails option should be used as a workaround until the issue can be fully resolved.
It was discovered in 5.5 SP4 P1 that the cause of this issue is the Free Form layout type. Another possible suggestion would be to utilize the Table layout type.
Also, all Recipients of the Notification must have matching Permissions to the fields in the Notification in order to receive it when using One Email configuration.
