CauseThis will happen if a 5.x license key is applied to a 6.x Archer instance.
 
ResolutionAs per page 18 of the RSA Archer GRC Installation and Upgrade Guide Platform 6.1:
All customers must get a new license key for RSA Archer GRC version 6.1. 
To obtain your new license key, please contact your RSA Archer GRC account representative.
