Issue
  • Users do not see any Workspaces or Dashboards after upgrading to RSA Archer 6.1.

CauseThis behavior will happen if an RSA Archer 5.x license key is applied to an Archer 6.x instance.
 
ResolutionAs per page 17 of the RSA Archer GRC Installation and Upgrade Guide Platform 6.1:

All customers must get a new license key for RSA Archer GRC version 6.1.  To obtain your new license key, please contact your RSA Archer GRC account representative.
