IssueWhen using Mozilla Firefox to access the web interface for my RSA Archer Suite environment, the performance seems to be much slower than when I am using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.
CauseBy default, Firefox enables "Hardware Accelerated" rendering of the web page which is intended to boost the performance of the Firefox web browser.

Under certain hardware configurations or drivers, this browser feature may cause significant delays in loading web pages, including those within the web interface of the RSA Archer Platform.
ResolutionPerform the steps below to disable hardware acceleration in your Firefox browser.
  1. Click on the Menu button in the top-right corner and then select Options, or type about:preferences into the web address bar and press enter.
