Silverlight page shows version is current.

Users are unable to use anything with Silverlight.
CauseThe Windows computer had an old SDK and a new Silverlight version installed. They seem to be conflicting.
Resolution
  1. Uninstall both pieces of Silverlight using Add/Remove Programs from the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Browse to Archer web site.
  3. Install Silverlight using the "get Silverlight" that appears on the admin page.
