IssueDrilling into individual records takes an extremely long time for each record to load. 
Some records are taking a minute or more during heavy site usage times. 
CauseAfter investigation, it was discovered that the History Log was on the layout as a Grid display. 
The History log on these particular records was extensive creating long load times for each individual record. 
 
ResolutionIn cases where the History Log is large (or can potentially grow to be large in the future) and the History Log is on layout,
Archer Support strongly recommends the History Log be set to a 'Link' in the Field Display Control options.
