IssueIt is possible after an upgrade for remnant data to appear in Reports that had been previously set in the Manage Global Print and Export Settings even when the fields appear blank and modifications are saved. To remedy this issue, you can perform an SQL query to view the information in the columns and make necessary modifications.
TasksThe following SELECT statement is used to view header and footer information for Reports and Exports in Archer.
1. Run the following SQL query against the Instance database:

SELECT * FROM tblCompanyReportFooter

2. The related columns are report_footer_desc and reporter_header_desc
3. The columns contain HTML formatting information, and any remnant data and be removed from the <body> portion using an UPDATE query, e.g.:

UPDATE tblCompanyReportFooter SET report_header_desc=('<html><head></head><body style="font-family: Arial"><p style="margin: 0px"></p></body></html>');
ResolutionAll data has been removed from the <p> tag created in the <body> using the UPDATE statement, and the default Manage Global Print and Export Settings can be managed as normal.
NotesFirst discovered in 5.4.1.3, reproduced as functional in 5.5.3 HF 2 and 5.5.3 SP1.
