RSA Archer Version/Condition: 6.x
IssueNotifications are not being sent from RSA Archer. The port is open and the configurations have been configured in the Archer Control Panel (ACP). The test connection option in the ACP also results in a failure. Within the jobframework log, you receive the error message below.

ResolutionThis issue is caused by the mail server having an issue and not responding properly. This issue is not caused by Archer and you will need to contact your mail server administrators to resolve this issue.
