The first time you sign into the Cloud Administration Console, RSA recommends that you change your password.

Note:  In some situations, the Cloud Administration Console prompts you to change your password, and you do not need to perform this task.

Before you begin

If you are the first Super Admin to sign into the Cloud Administration Console, RSA sent you an email containing your credentials and console URL. All other administrators for the Cloud Administration Console must obtain their sign-in information from the Super Admin who created their accounts.

Procedure

  1. Sign into the Cloud Administration Console using the current sign-in credentials for your account.
  2. Click My Account > My Profile.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter the new password twice. The password must contain at least nine characters, be different from the last three passwords, and include at least one of each of the following:

    • One uppercase letter
    • One lowercase letter
    • One number
    • One special character
  5. Click Save Settings.
