Use the following information to troubleshoot administration issues in the Cloud Administration Console.

Issue Resolution

A Super Admin cannot sign into the Cloud Administration Console.

In the Cloud Administration Console, another Super Admin can reset the password for another Super Admin. For instructions, see Edit Administrator Settings on the Cloud Administration Console.

If all Super Admins are locked out of the Cloud Administration Console, contact RSA Customer Support for assistance.

User synchronization to the Cloud Administration Console is not functioning properly.
