When you deploy a new identity router, you must update the identity router software using the Cloud Administration Console, even if you installed the latest version of the identity router template. This update installs important tools that RSA uses to provide support and troubleshooting assistance. Perform this initial update once for each individual identity router that you deploy.
Before you begin
- You must be a Super Admin to perform this task.
- Connect the Identity Router to the Cloud Administration Console.
Note: After performing this first-time update, do not use this method to update the identity router again unless directed by RSA Customer Support. To perform subsequent updates, see Update Identity Router Software for a Cluster.
- In the Cloud Administration Console, click Platform > Identity Routers.
- Select Update from the drop-down menu to the right of the identity router.
- Click Update to confirm.
